Quote requests and contact
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, postcode, roofing issue, preferred contact time and the page where you submitted the request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message. We use these details to assess your enquiry, contact you and arrange a quote or work you request. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in managing and responding to enquiries.
Enquiries are stored securely through Lovable Cloud. We do not use quote details for mailing lists or share your name or phone number with advertising platforms through this website.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choices, including a randomly generated visitor reference, the date and time of your choice, and the version of the notice you saw. A local history preserves previous choices when you withdraw permission. Your choices stay on this browser until you change them or clear its storage. Essential storage is not used for advertising.
- Analytics: optional permission for website usage measurement through Google Analytics if connected. No Google Analytics tag is currently configured.
- Advertising measurement: with permission, this website records call-link clicks and successful quote submissions and stores campaign parameters (UTM tags and Google click ID), landing-page path and referring website for the browser session. This helps measure which campaigns generate enquiries. Google Ads receives conversion events only if its tag is connected; no Google Ads conversion account is currently connected. We do not send customer matching data or enable personalised advertising through this site.
- Google Maps: the contact-page map only loads after you allow it. Google receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies. Clicking an external Google Maps link takes you to Google's website, where its policy applies.
Optional tracking is blocked until you give permission. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from calling us or requesting a quote. Changing a choice applies to future activity immediately; it does not undo information already sent. Events blocked before consent are not replayed.
Service providers and transfers
Lovable provides website hosting and enquiry storage. When you permit it, Google provides Maps and any connected measurement services. Hosting providers may also process technical request information for security and operation.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond, manage requested work and meet applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can contact us to ask about a particular enquiry or request deletion. Campaign attribution stored in this browser ends when its session storage is cleared; it is removed when advertising permission is withdrawn. Campaign information attached to an enquiry is handled with that enquiry.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy.
